Pamela Anderson promises sex on TV
The older, more buxom version of Paris Hilton, Pamela Anderson, has promised fans there will be ‘lot of gratuitous sex’ on her E! Entertainment reality show, the appropriately named Pam: Girl on the Loose. Why the title automatically makes me think of Debbie Does Dallas, I don’t know. The peroxide mother-of-two isn’t ashamed to admit that she loves gratuitous sex ‘so there will be lots of that’ on the show. Hands up, anyone, who’s even remotely surprised?
She has also managed to convince pal Sir Elton John to appear in the very first episode. No, it won’t be as shocking as ‘gratuitous sex’ between the two, although I admit even I would watch that just to see Elton John fumble. The episode will show a segment of Elton John’s Red Piano concert in Vegas with Pamela Anderson in a tiny bikini pole dancing.
Salma Hayek plans wedding-themed reality show
Salma Hayek isn't letting the fact that she broke off her engagement to French billionare Francois-Henri Pinault stop her from planning an hour-long reality series on weddings with 'a unique take'. No other details about the show are known and just what makes it supposedly unique but she along with her Ventanarosa producing partner Jose Tamez are collaborating with several networks about the upcoming show.
Paris looking for an English best friend
London girls, watch out. Paris Hiilton seems hell-bent on finding a bag-holder in every country. Now that the American version of Paris Hilton's New Best Friend has wrapped up (and I'm not the least bit curious to find out who the unfortunate American tag-along is), Briths TV bosses have reportedly paid Hilton US$1 million to fly to the UK and find a Londoner to join her entourage. Apparently, the British adore the scrawny blonde and are confident the English version of the show will be a ratings hit when it's broadcast on digital channel ITV2. Whatever.
Denise Richards’ show faces the axe
It seems the former Bond girl is turning out to be an unappealing reality star. Despite the 1.5 viewers tuning into the first episode of Denise Richards: It's Complicated when it debuted early this year, it seems the audience is losing interest in the actress' life. Viewers are turned off by the way she has handled the ongoing public battle with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen over custody of their two children. And it doesn't help that the actress has a vulgar mouth with several viewers disgusted that 'a mother of two young girls would use such foul language'. Nothing like reality TV to show your true colours, eh?
Tom Selleck to join Dancing With the Stars (US)
Producers of Dancing With The Stars are keen to boost their baby boomer audience and thinks the 63-year old former Magnum PI star is the key to do it, with his popularity with women aged 40 to 65. Steve Guttenberg who competed in the last season of the show is urging his ‘Three Men and a Baby’ co-star to show off his fancy footwork and Selleck is apparently very keen and may set to join Toni Braxton and former ‘N Sync member Lance Bass when the new season comes out at the end of August.

Great blog!
Salma Hayek doing weddings--Paris Hilton buying new friends--sounds like quite the lineup.
Though I'm not a reality show fan myself, I am a big fan of your sense of humor, so I'm subscribing. Looking forward to your always-witty commentary.

hehehe...I am a reality TV whore, very sad, I know, but true. But I'm more into those reality TV competitions more than actresses or B-grade celebrities sitting around, trying to make us believe they're human as they go on with their humdrum lives.
Thanks for the support, D!
