BB Housemates Get Grilled With Dodgy Questions, does Hilarity Ensue?
June 29th 2006 06:43
Last night Big Brother fanatics watched on the edge of their seats while Big Brother himself (I’m assuming the main one cos I reckon there’s at least 2 Big Brothers, possible three), asked housemates awfully, awfully, burning questions that fans have submitted on the official site.
While highly riveting this may sound and worth going crazy for, I however, was reading a magazine during the show and played Solitaire Showdown with friends over msn during this excitable pre-recorded broadcast.
I really don’t know how they can claim that Layered Voice Analysis (LVA) is accurate when other, more RELIABLE, sources claim that this is a load of bull. I certainly think it is ridiculous. I’ve always had the belief that the only way you can tell if someone is lying is to hook them up to a polygraph test. That way, their heartbeat, and bodily signals (working on limited knowledge here) are measured on an actual machine that is designed catch liars. Measuring the human voice isn’t accurate. It’s like me walking up to my ex with the machine and asking him if he cheated on me (well for all I know he did and if the machine said his answer ‘no’ was truthful then I’d have a dilemma to see who or what to smash up first).
All these dodgy concepts in a bid to maintain the declining ratings are annoying cos Adults Only got cut again. Adults Only was the only entertaining show out of the Big Brother franchise! I really hope the winner doesn’t get $1 million minus the remaining amount of money any money at all cos they’re all stooges. Well, except for Perry. She’s keeping them on their toes and is making entertaining TV since Rob left.
And what a champ Rob is! He shaved his locks off for charity on Rove Live. I don’t think there would be any other housemate who would dare to do that – they’re too busy being posers trying to milk it for all its worth.
Oh look…another 1 hour episode of Big Brother tonight. How…exciting.
And yeah, I’ll still watch it. Most of it. Okay…half of it.

It's unfortunate that something like this had to happen for the house to have some excitement
